“Land of Enchantment…or Gravel” A white paper prepared jointly by ES-CA and LPA on Impact of gravel mining in Placitas.
“Signed agreement between Sandoval County and Gravel Mining Companies” This is the governing agreement spelling out dates, period of time and reclamation of the Placitas Mine.
